I love my Kindle. This is the 5th Kindle that I've owned. I've owned two of the first generation with the keyboard, two of the 2nd generation 7" fires and now this one. I love the size, the sound, the memory size. Such a bonus for traveling and not being able to connect to wifi when on a plain. Excellent entertainment device. And sturdy. I've dropped it a couple of times on tile and it didn't shatter.
I grew up at a time when people loved to read. Wife's kindle started to go a bit wonkey, so she was thinking about replacing it before it drove her nuts. This one came up and I ordered it. Ran a couple of tests on it when it arrived and it checked out just fine. She does a bit of reading as do I. She she tried it, liked it, and has been using it ever since. That's called a hit!
