I really didn't need the part with the handle, but only the filter cup. Apparently the old lady was cleaning it out in the kitchen garbage and got distracted by the dogs who thought it was snake time because the cabinet door was openend. She probably drop the filter cup into the garbage and forgot about it while she gave the dogs their treats.

This espresso machine couldn't be more perfect. It not huge and bulky so it doesn't take up a lot of counter space, and it works quickly and efficiently! I had been looking for an espresso machine for a while, and I saw this one and the great price so I decided to give it a shot. There isn't anything that I dislike about this product. I would recommend it to anyone!
