A portable metal cutting bandsaw is essential to anyone working with metal. Milwaukee makes the best in my humble opinion. The one I recently purchased was a 1988 model & it has easily cut every piece of steel I’ve needed to cut. Parts are easily obtained as are bandsaw blades. Every blacksmith friend of mine has one of these Milwaukee bandsaws permanently mounted as it doesn’t take up much space.

This is inherently a well designed, solid saw. It is also worn out. The blade is dull, and one of the wheels wobbles. For $50 less, it've been a good value. Otherwise all is good.
