About us

Rehab Retrain Rehome Retire

After the Finish Line is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization that awards Monthly Grants to Off Track Thoroughbred aftercare organizations across the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico. Our charity also helps Thoroughbreds in training that never raced, and Thoroughbred foals, broodmares and stallions.

Organizations need funding to care for/transition their horses into second careers, or retirement due to injuries. We award grants for: surgery, veterinarian, medication, supplements, vaccines, farrier, dental, chiropractor, hay, grain, training, boarding, and/or auction rescue expenses. Our grants help Thoroughbreds transition into second careers as a hunter, jumper, dressage, eventer, western, trail, therapy, or companion horse.

Since 2007, we have awarded 775 grants helping over 5,200 horses. We give hope and second chances to these deserving horses that have no other means of support. Visit afterthefinishline.org or contact dawn@afterthefinishline.org.

    I have bought from this person many, many, many times and have never been disappointed I buy clothes for my son for his collections and usually do not tell him so it can be a surprise.
