  The seller cared about getting the order right. Some items arrived damaged in transit (though they were well-packed). The seller stood behind his guarantee and replaced the broken items. He seemed committed to developing a long-term relationship as a vendor. Obviously I would have preferred if nothing was not damaged in transit. But, I have only good things to say about Albetrox standing behind his product and making good on his promises to send me a replacement.

  I cannot recommend these folks enough. The seller was very patient answering many questions before purchase. It was bubble wrapped & cardboard around the shade & power box. I have never received anything packed this carefully. We received it early. When the glass arrived broken, which can happen on occasion, they made it right immediately. I love the fixture & the service. I'd purchase from them again. Thanks
