    Product was well packaged and arrived very quickly (in 3 days). Hard disks were exactly as described in great condition and had 0 power on hours. Power adapter for disks were included as well. These disks caught me by surprise as they are very silent. This is a great value purchase. Will buy from this seller again.

    All of the hard drives that I ordered arrived in a timely manner and were well-packaged in a box with specific inserts for shipping drives and that box inside another one with padding to further protect them during shipping. I did a full surface scan on all the drives and, while one ended up having a bad sector, the seller was very responsive and handled the RMA, sending me a replacement that scanned good. Overall EXCELLENT service, great quality, and unbeatable price. RECOMMEND A+++.

    Hard drive was packaged very safely in an anti-static bag with plenty of bubble wrap. I tested the drive and found the description to be accurate - though I was hesitant that a refurbished drive could be such a good deal, the drive is fully functional and in good health.
