  Sam was very nice to deal with. Excellent customer service all the way around. The delivery by Daniel went very well and he kept me informed as to his planned arrival time. My only complaint is the description of the piece lacked details about the missing keyhole insert, the fact that one of the keyhole inserts was not attached and there were more nicks and scratches on the piece than appeared in the photos. That said, it is a beautiful piece and the customer service was very good. I'm happy.

  The bed arrived in great shape, just as described. The delivery went smoothly and both the seller and delivery team was very communicative and kept me informed every step of the way. I was away and my site manager took delivery for me. Even he was impressed with the delivery. And this happened on an island that required a ferry to complete. Nice. A+ to both seller and delivery!
