Buyer doesn't understand human beings make mistakes. Sent me an aggressive message noting a few things that didn't match the description. Suggested that I deliberately lied. Approaching w/ hostility, altho shop has all positive feedback, was completely unnecessary. It was also disturbing. No one needs violence in their ebay inbox. Despite that,I immediately let him know I would fully refund his money. He continued to berate me & felt the need to leave this neg. review. I will respond in kind.
