The picture showed an all-gold toned Rolex (not 2-toned). I received an all-silver toned watch. Very disappointed that seller has no method to be contacted so I can know if the one shown in the picture is available.

The watch you bought it clearly Steel and not gold. It also says it in the listing and the rolex model number. Our phone is on our website and works so I am not sure what you are talking about.
