For example, through no fault of their own, UPS had an issue with one of the wheels, which arrived a couple days after the other three, but the seller was on top of it and reached out proactively both to me and to UPS to clear things up. The wheels are in great condition and are just as described in the listing, carefully packaged. Looking forward to putting these on my car for the winter!
