  This is the first purchase I've made with Florida Restaurant Equipment, but I plan to make more. The mixer arrived clean and well packaged and it runs great. The owners are very responsive. When I had a question about the mixer, the owner answered my call right away and explained everything I needed to do. He then followed up with a text to be sure I didn't have any other questions. The shipping costs seemed a bit high, but other than that, I had an exceptional experience with this company.

  The seller is very quick to respond. They provide as much information as they can, and is very swift in getting the machine ready for shipping. Delivery speed was quick too, and their form of delivery service is cheaper compared to most others with the same machine.

  Purchased mixer, shipping was ok. Pallet it came on was broken, machine was still on it upright. Got the mixer into place, tried it right away, wouldn't turn on. Contacted seller asap to let them know we'd need to ship back and get a refund. They wanted to send another mixer, wasn't completely honest about that price, so told them I wanted to ship back for refund. They received the mixer back and refused to refund my money b/c it wasn't in working order. Duh, that's why we sent it back!

  This Customer was offered a replacement Mixer Free of charge, and to keep the original mixer. The customer damaged the Original mixer upon removing it from the pallet, resulting in the Mixer being Inoperable. All of our equipment undergoes a strenuous procedure before being sold. We refused to refund due to the damages caused by the customer.

  Seller was fine to work with - refunded my purchase immediately after 2 weeks of no updates on tracking. No idea about the item as it never showed up. Likely lost in the void that is the Florida postal system.
