What does the price include?
The price includes workmanship labor to install your product into most vehicles. Installation parts, such as a mounting kit or wire harness for car stereo or an amplifier wiring kit for the amplifier, are not included. All parts necessary for installation need to be provided by the customer. InstallerNet can arrange to have those parts available for purchase at the time of scheduling. Some vehicles may require additional labor based on the degree of difficulty to install the product in your vehicle which will be reviewed at the time of scheduling.
How do I schedule an appointment?
Once you purchase one of our services, you will receive an email with the scheduling instructions, and the installation number to activate your service which includes the scheduling website address and phone number to contact us directly. When scheduling your appointment, please be sure to allow enough time to receive the product you purchased.
How soon can I schedule an appointment?
As soon as the Installation has been purchased and you have received an email with scheduling directions and the installation number, you can begin the process. Please note that most of the appointments are scheduled between 24 and 48 business hours after installation purchase. Additional time may be required for Saturday appointments as this is the Installers busiest time. When scheduling your appointment, please be sure to allow enough time to receive the product you purchased.
How will I know who my installer is?
Once you request an appointment, weâll contact a top local installer and work with them to best accommodate your scheduling needs. Weâll then provide you with all your installer contact information so you can confirm your date & time and make any changes as needed. Your installer may also contact you to do the same.
How long will an Installation take?
The Installation time frame varies based on product type, product location and vehicle type. It is always best to ask the installer when the appointment is scheduled so you will be prepared for your scheduled appointment. Generally, car electronics installations take one to three hours. Some customers elect to drop-off their vehicle.
Is there an Installation lifetime labor warranty?
InstallerNet offers a best-in-class nationwide limited lifetime installation labor warranty for as long as the customer owns their vehicle (non-transferrable). If at any time, the installed product becomes inoperable or functions sub-optimally, due to a faulty installation, an installer will come out to correct the problem or re-install the product at no charge. All warranty work is solely performed at a network installerâs installation facility. Our customer service team is available Monday through Friday from 9am-6pm, and Saturday from 12pm -5pm to assist with any installation labor warranty questions or request for service.
What is InstallerNetâs installation cancellation policy?
The installation service can be refunded within 30-days of purchase. However, if the installation is scheduled and initiated, there is no refund. You should see your refund as a credit on your payment account (ie: PayPal) within a week of issuing the credit.
Is there a shipping fee?
There is no shipping fee involved in your purchase of the installation service. You will receive an installation number via email with directions on the steps to schedule your appointment.
