Vehicle Coverage:
- The return policy is 30 days from the date of purchase for unused items. After you have used an authorization code, the product is considered used.

- Authorization codes expire after 30 days. This means the subscription you have purchased has reached the end of its subscription duration. You can purchase another listing to get more time.

When I buy the Virtual Tech Service, what do I get? How does it work?
- Purchase the listing
- After your order is processed and your payment is completed, you will receive an email from Identifix containing a phone number and authorization code. Check your junk email folder if you don’t receive the Identifix email.
- When you are ready to talk to a Virtual Technician, be sure to gather your vehicle information: Year, Make, Model and Vehicle Identification Number (VIN).
- Call the phone number listed, be prepared to enter your authorization code, using a touch tone phone listed in your email.
What hours of the day can I call?
The Virtual Tech Service is open 7 days a week, 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM Central Time. Excluding US Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day.
Are there any shipping costs?
No. There are no shipping costs as it is an instant digital delivery.

- Only press one button at a time.
- Authorization codes expire after 30 days.
The Virtual Tech service was working but I have run out of time. Can I get more time?
No. This means the subscription you’ve purchased has now reached the end of its subscription duration. Our system does not allow us to manually edit or change the subscription period. Return to eBay and purchase another Virtual Tech Listing.
