When viewing a listing that offers additional services, you'll see the option to add the service to your shopping cart along with the item. Simply check the box next to the service you'd like to purchase. You can also see the other services that the provider offers.
After you've purchased a service, you'll receive a confirmation email from the service provider. Typically the provider will call or email you to set up an appointment and confirm any necessary details, such as the specifics of the item you’ve purchased.

Tip
If you change your mind about adding an additional service before you complete your purchase, you can remove it from your cart like any other item.
Getting help with an additional service
If you experience any problems with the service you've bought, you should get in touch with the service provider as soon as you can. In the event of any difficulties, we recommend you try to come to an agreement with them, as you would with any other seller on eBay. If that doesn't work, you can always contact us.
eBay Refurbished warranty
eBay has partnered with Allstate to include a minimum 1-year warranty with every eBay Refurbished product at no additional cost to you. This would cover you in the event your item breaks or malfunctions. See our Refurbished warranty page - opens in new window or tab for more.
