Love that it's less courmarin because who needs that. I use a lot of cinnamon. It's not as fresh or sweet, as Saigon cinnamon for baking banana blueberry walnut bread but I like it. This lb should last a while and I'll be back for another bag. Might have to get a shaker but I believe this is more fragile than cassia soooo? Fair shipping speed. Saving seller.
