I ironed on patch on high hand iron setting with a thin dish towel cover (front and back) using sellers recommended instruction times that came with patch. Then hand stitched around the patch for extra durability, not sure the patch needed to be stitched on because it had excellent adhesion after ironing on, but I plan on keeping the garment it was placed on for a long time. Buy with confidence!
