    Less expensive than the oil change places

    When I had an oil changed at jiffy Lube, the tech came to me with the existing cabin filter which did have some build up on it and said you need a new one. He said it would be $59 to do it. I said no, then he dropped the price down to $29. I do not like this type of sales technique, so at that point he was not only putting off from the filter, but also Jiffy Lube. It is a 1o minute job to do the replacement yourself. Go to YouTube to watch a 2 minute video of how to do this. Open the glove box, remove the little shelf, use 2 hands on the upper taps to remove the access door, and then pull out the filter with its plastic frame. Remove the the old filter from the frame, replace it with the new filter and then put things back in reverse order.

    Good aftermarket cabin air filter for the money

    I used to use a TYC cabin air filter for 3 years in row. I switched then to a NANOFLO filter feeling and looking solider and carbon darker than TYC. I decided to try the Excel one this time. It is as a perfect size fit as TYC and NANOFLO. The Excel filter feels and looks as solid and carbon dark as NANOFLO. The only disappointment is that the Excel filter has 50% fewer structural ribs and hence 50% less active surface than the NANOFLO filter. The Excel packaging looks original, but it does not say where the filter is made. I will likely switch back to NANOFLO next time unless I find the Lexus OEM filter for about the same price. :) Notes. It fits Lexus GS350 2016.

    Filter made a huge difference!

    We couldn't believe how much a filter change improved our air conditioner output. Right after we installed this filter, we had smoke pour into our area from the wildfires in Oregon and California. This filter worked so well that we smelled no smoke at all in the vehicle.
