    WOW! These are FAN Tastic to say the least. I only used 3 smaller pieces for a couple steaks and my neighbor came over to borrow my 'smoker"............. I plan to slow smoke a large roast this Saturday. I WILL PROBABLY PULL IN THE ENTIRE CITY to eat. This was a great purchase for the quantity @the small price I paid. Thank you ever so much.
