The picture shows the older model from Avolution, with the small front light, but a newer design was sent. The newer design has the large light across the front of the machine. You may want to update your photo. Still giving 5 stars though. Other people may get nitpicky and insist on the older version, as shown in pictures, costing your business unnecessary return costs. Im just trying to help. Everything else was well done.

It had plastic end caps and was wrapped in bubble wrap (besides the electrostatic prevention bag). Did look like it is brand new and the item is as described in the listing. Loaded it up and it formatted and partitioned without issue. The item was as described an seems to be working upon initial inspection and configuration. Good value for the price.
