Communications was very good & the seller immediately sent the remainder of my order.. Unfortunately, there was a shipping delay in getting the remaining 5 cartridges but it was not the sellers fault, it was shipping service. Based on my experience I would buy from this seller again in the future. I don't feel that the short shipping error was deliberate and the error was corrected promptly.
