      Good with some modifications

      Great antenna, sticks very well on my car. So far, I've had the antenna on there going 55 MPH and it was able to stay put. You will get a piece of paper saying to tighten all the set screws, the manufacturer emailed me saying there is no set screws on this thing, so you can skip that. One small modification I had to make though as the pivot point on this thing was too loose, so being an archer, I chopped off a small part of one of my carbon arrow shafts, cut it in half and then made a hard jacket around the pivot point (put the 2 halves together and wrapped it with electrical tape) so it doesn't pivot down in the wind on my car.

      Not much better than a HT antenna.

      It's not much better than an extended-range HT antenna. Buy something a little bigger. It's not very well made has a very small magnet. About the size of a silver dollar.
