Disadvantages: only one main compartment and two small pockets iside. The shoulder belts are very thin and get painfully into your shoulders. I used the backpack twice, each time with 7 to 8 kilograms (15 to 17 pounds), with a jacket, walking about two miles; both times it was very inconvenient and even painful to carry it. In a T-shirt the inconvenience and pain will be greater.
