ONE con is that the binder "jaw" in the middle doesn't like to stay closed and of bumped (not even all that hard of a bump), it opens slightly and the plastic sleeves pop out. The next time you go to open the border, be aware that so.e of the sleeves may have come UN-hooped(?). Not sure what the word is, but the sleeves may come out unexpectedly, so just be aware. I guess if it's THAT important to you, you can use tape
