    Item had missing pixels out of the box. Was packaged securely and no shipping damage. Seems item was not adequately tested or refurbished. Not worth paying the premium price if item is not functioning perfectly. While return process is available, it’s time consuming and frustrating if you don’t own a printer. For paying 2x what other sellers are charging and claiming refurbished I would expect to avoid this nonsense. Will not buy from seller again.

    The part arrived fairly quickly, was an excellent remanufactired piece, fit perfectly and performed as it should. There was no core charge on the item, but they required that a core be shipped back or the warranty was void. I thought this was a little disingenuis, and didn't appreciate having to pay shipping in order to get the warranty that was implied in the listing. Nothing I read said anything about that caveat. Overall satisfied tho, it was a good transaction for a hard to find item.
