When i contacted the seller about the issue, he disclaimed his responsibility, and answerd in an arrogant tone that this was Ebay or Norwegian customs responsability. I contacted Ebay, and the helped me claiming a refund. This seller tends to become rude, and he has called several other customers for id|ots. Check feedback history.
