I contacted the seller and was told that this coat was made in California and the winter weather there is not cold at all. That's understandable, I just wish that I would have read the details more. The coat is average and simple looking. I have to hopefully find me a nice warm winter coat because I live in Maryland. And it's cold winter weather here. The seller was nice enough to offer me some help.
