Find that frustrating air conditioner leak with this HDE portable halogen gas leak detector tool. This refrigerant leak detector has an adjustable sensitivity and automatic detection mode. It warms up in six seconds, and it sounds an alarm when halogen gases are detected. The 17-inch probe is flexible, allowing it to reach tight spaces. It uses four AAA batteries for power for about 0 hours of running time. A light emitting diode indicator shows when its battery life is low.

The tool has a wide sensitivity adjustment to really fine tune it. Though it gave off some erronious readings a few times you just need to use it a while to get to know how it responds. Basically ignore all the single burps and chirps. When it finds a leak it will wail. Comes with a decent storage pouch. Seven days from order to arrival.
