      Just What I Need

      With a weakened quad muscle, this fits the bill. It has to be mounted on your ankle counter-intuitively- facing backwards for the straps to work properly. It's inexpensive, but would have liked to only purchase one of them for just my bad leg. Also, if the very end of the straps weren't covered with sticky cloth so you could unstrap them easier, they would be perfect.

      Very very bad quality

      I am not rating the seller !!!!!! I haven't been able to use ANKLE WEGHTS not even once the quality is just awful it hearts the lag so bad you just can't handle the pain and I only had one sand bag inside out of 5 I even tried to wear lad warmers to put some soft layers between my lag and ankle weight but it still very uncomfortable and not possible to use . I will not regimented this product it is waste of money .

      Price for quality is great. But Ankle Weights?

      Being able to adjust the weight is wonderful and completely cost effective when compared to hand weights. I do agree with two point however: They are rough on your skin & they are difficult to use as Ankle weights. They work great as arm weights (with sleeves), and even waist weights. Strong Velcro but it doesn't hold well to a part of your leg that's not moving (like above the ankle) and will slip down during workout. So it can be very uncomfortable. It can even leave blisters, they can rub you raw. However, I still recommend these. (just put clothing between you and this)

      Adjustable weights

      Because these have sturdy Velcro, I pieced together a set of two to make a weight band for my waist. I further took another set, removed some of the weight and use as arms weights. I use both for twenty minutes for daily incline walking, then remove arm weights and finish with 40 minutes of incline walking. Wonderful workout without having to lift weights individually!!!! Love them!!!!!!
