Does come with brackets and a three speed switch with a light to show when the unit is turned on. Every thing is wired with only two wires to hook up, it couldn't be simpler. The heater is better than i expected. Very good value and it's a great looking unit. I would buy next time i need a heater for a Hot Rod.
