    Seller backed out of sale after bidding was closed, refunded deposit, and made a deal with another bidder offline after the no reserve auction closed. Incredibly shady. Wouldnt provide anybdetails of address for pickup or clear title. Don't deal with this lying dirty underhanded selller ever.

    The buyer had no intention to follow the terms of this auction. She has not made the deposit within the required time- thus the sale was voided. The buyer has not settled the outstanding balance due neither nor has shown any intention to do so. I was under no obligation to sell the vehicle to this bidder or to accept her ambiguous terms of settlement in cash at some later date.

    DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PERSON!! They do not sell items as described. This item came broken to me. The description of the item was works and ready to run. There was no description of anything broken. The locomotive has a broken place which I had to take in for repairs. The tracks do not work or run. I have to buy new track. I asked for a $20 refund from the seller which was refused. I have to spend $50 on new track plus the $20 to take the locomotive in for repairs. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PERSON!!
