    Honor and betrayal

    A simple misunderstanding between Yakuza families leads to a more nefarious betrayal and backstabbing. Otomo( Kitano) a loyal yakuza family enforcer is caught in between a deadly Yakuza power struggle, his loyalty will be tested and his survival,and that of his members under his lead; will depend on every decision he makes. Violent and gritty, and first part of a trilogy that I highly recommend.
