My problem was with drilling the holes to refill the cartridge; The drill and handle that were supplied is challenging to use. The drill size could be alot small as you need to drill into the plastic ink cartridges in order fill them with ink from the syringe. I could not rotate the supplied drill in the plastic, so I used a very small drill bit and electric drill to open the hole in the cartridge. Very simple.
