Seller made excuses & blamed the carrier when in fact they made the mistake of sending Fed Ex to a PO box address. This could have been easily fixed by sending USPS or requiring a physical address but they obviously don't have their business figured out. Customer service terrible!

That is so much better than others on EBAY that give you the run around. I run into that a few times with some items . I tell them look you put a 1 year warranty on the item not me. Only when you tell them your getting negative feed back do they honor their warranty. Those are the sellers I will not buy from again.
