I let them know that I was waiting to receive the item because it was the last piece that I needed in order to hang all my 5 pieces at the same time. When the seller became aware of my situation, they not only agreed to pay more to have the item shipped 2nd Day Air, they also came up with the idea to refund the agreed upon $40 shipping fee. Amazing!!! Today, I received the photo and it is beautiful!! Thanks much!!
