        A great baseball tale for children

        I purchased Henry & Me because I collect Richard Gere's work, and he voices one of the characters in this animated short film. The characters are non-digital animation while some objects are digitally drawn, It works fine, but the animation is not of the high quality we're used to seeing from Disney, Pixar, or ILM. That being said, it is a wonderful, sweet story about a boy who meets his heroes, the New York Yankees past and present, in a delightful dream. The boy learns to persevere through great trouble that is happening in his real life. The lesson is well told, and not preachy at all. I'd never seen or even heard of this film before and I was pleasantly surprised.
