There was only one card that was in terrible shape and that's great considering the 4000 cards bulk. Do expect foreign cards and duplicates. I got japanese, spanish, etc. I asked the seller some questions since I got more foreign cards than I was expecting and they replied within a day. They were nice and informative. I think this bulk is great for the price.

But haven't had time to shuffle through more than a few hundred so far. Also, first handful I grabbed was 90% Japanese cards which wasn't advertised. Rummaging in the box I haven't found more yet so not terrible.
