    I expect a full refund. Item measured about 4” by 5” and is pottery. Why it was sent in two boxes that did not protect it is beyond me. Arrived in eight pieces. Sent inside a 9” by 1 3/4” box inside a flat priority envelope. This wasn’t the USPS fault, it was the sender. Full refund requested ASAP.
