    Definitely not new lol it is just a refurbished Printhead from china same as the 30-40 dollar ones … definitely paid too much for it but at least it works well so I won’t complain too much. I messaged them the day I bought it and never heard back.

    First it's new ; Second 30-40 dollars unable to buy a working Epson 1390 1410 1400 print head even a refurbished one . we never heard that and I think other buyer too
