    The listing said it was new, but the hand button did not seem to work at all when I opened the package. I specifically bought THIS listing for the sound as I already had a non working one at home. It was a Christmas gift, so there was no time to return it and buy another one. When contacted the seller said it worked when they made the listing, but if that is true how did it mysteriously stop working in the mail? I was essentially brushed off by the seller without even an apology.

    After contacting the seller about the aforementioned issues, they refunded the money paid without me asking them to do so. I will leave positive feedback once the seller enables me to revise it.
