        Late shipping, poor communication. When the item arrived it was damaged and couldn't contact the seller for any compensation.

        Very unpleasant experience. Provided the best service still unhappy. Paid for the item on Thursday, Jan 6 at 7:48 PM, Was shipped on Monday, Jan 10, less than allowed handling time (2 days). Answered all the questions in a timely manor. Suggested compensation more than spare section cost. Impossible to please; rude and untruthful about item's quality. Sellers beware!
