This makes it difficult to know which ANC mode you are in or when the battery is running low.The headphones do not hold a charge very long or do not appear to charge fully, even when the charger is connected to USB.The sound is good, but not a pleasant experience with the messaging and charging issues.This is not an issue with the seller, but rather the product.
