      We explained to the Buyer that colors in the photos online vary greatly depending on what you are viewing them on and the resolution. She said she had used her phone and was trying to match the headliner in her car but in reality, the vinyl on the wheel was darker than the headliner. We offered for her to return it, but she opted to keep it.

      Tracking was accurate (9405511206239175326111); the wheel was shipped as scheduled and USPS misplaced the package during transit. We advised the Buyer of this and placed a trace on the shipment, at which time it was located by USPS and subsequently delivered to the Buyer. We explained that we were very sorry that this happened, but it was completely out of our control. We were in constant contact with the Buyer and assured him that we would send another wheel should this one not be located.
