Despite looking good, the first spool I received was defective and would bind, not spinning freely. I reached out and the seller was happy to replace it with a new spool, which functions properly. I put my spool in a JDM Daiwa SS SV. I haven’t tried it with super light baits, but it throws Ned rigs and weightless flukes well on a ML Phenix feather. Overall , it’s a decent budget spool. I’m happy with it for a power BFS setup with 15lb braid.
