    Again, Seller was great! Awesome service, awesome price, short wait time…A+! The product however, I was disappointed with. Not the Seller’s fault. My laptop only has one USB-A 3.1 and I needed an HDMI expansion but retaining the USB capability. The StarTech works, generally, but a HUGE downgrade in performance for my mouse (USB-A). Sketchy and glitchy and acts like batteries are dying in mouse, but I put new ones in even…reloaded drivers, everything to troubleshoot, still spotty.
