I'm a fairly big fellow, it takes full extention for me to shoulder but it does the job and I can tighten it down when not being used and it holds firm. The adjustment slide works as it should. I'm going to change it the paracord grab to a larger hold. Overall it is as it's supposed to be, I just wish it was a heavier duty strap.
