  • Poor Quality

    When I installed it I noticed the sensor was riveted on its bracket crooked and the clear covering over the magnet ring was peeling off.. I used a flat file to true the surface of the sensor and then used Permatex Ultra Black RTV to glue the clear plastic back on then put weights on it until the RTV was cured. I had to use the washers to space the magnet ring down and then I discovered the magnet ring had a .030" wobble as it turned because its studs weren't exactly perpendicular to the magnet ring. I had to bend the studs slightly to make it run true with no wobble. It's okay now but it should have been perfect when I received it. The quality of THIS Pertronix was very poor.
