      Has prevented me from the usual twice a year sinus infection. Love ingredients. Better than having to get a steroid shot. Preventative sinus pressure and works great the minute you get an ear infection.

      what a difference!

      My mom has been recommending this to me and my daughter for years for allergies, sinus, headaches, full ears. I finally got some and I haven't had a headache since I started it three weeks ago! I take two at night and sleep great (better than I have in a long time), no stuffiness, and no waking up with hint of a headache that grows into unbearable throughout the day. My ears are not staying "popped" (we live in the hills) anymore. I actually feel like I have more breathing room in my nose! And I don't even have real allergy and sinus problems! My daughter's runny nose and sneezing, as well as her recurrent ear pain, are gone with one dose. I don't know how or why it works, but I'm sold. No adverse side effects for me.
