    Magnesium Lotion

    I love this lotion! It helps with my leg cramps and sore muscles. I have been using this brand for about 2 1/2 years now and have no reason to buy anything else as this works well. It has a pleasant light vanilla smell.

    only used it twice so far

    I gave this product only 4 stars simply because I have used it only twice & I am uncertain if it is working for helping me sleep. What I can say for certain is that it does NOT SMELL. It has an extremely light scent that I find pleasant, which dissipates almost immediately. I am extremely sensitive to odors; I can detect odors in products which other people say have no scent at all. Regardless of whether or not it helps me with sleep, it is a good moisturizer for bedtime. So, it is a good product for those 2 reasons alone. Perhaps I can update my review in the near future about sleep & relaxation.

    Magnesium Lotion

    the product is good and the cost is also, but I have a hard time getting it out of the bottle. It is listed as a liquid, but it is quite thick. Closer to being a cream. Maybe a soft tube would work better. The bottle is hard to squeeze. The product is very good, but the packaging needs some work.

    Great Product

    The magnesium works well on my arthritic shoulder for light-duty chores. However, it is not effective for heavier work at the stable or in the garden. It makes a good addition to oral joint supplements to keep me moving throughout the day.
