Fortunately the glasses had been well packed by the Seller , as the box , despite being labelled fragile, was rather beaten up and ripped. The glasses are good quality for the price . They are heavy so may not be suitable for elderly . Shame they have 2 fine mould lines from the construction process which are visible and spoil the pattern but at £1.50 a glass. Dishwashered and came out well. Bought them for BBQ days . Seller thank you for the offer . Would recommend Seller .

I contacted the seller who sent a replacement out straight away, very efficient service. Items are good quality and look good at a reasonable price. I can see why my first order was damaged, although there was a good amount of packaging, the box needed some extra tape on the preformed base (assume first order fell out through this in transit).
