That was easily addressed by sending pictures and was given a choice of receiving another pkg of hooks or $20 refund which I received within days as I decided to purchase a different kind of hook. Would recommend glueing each piece while screwing it together as it is quite delicate and I also stained each piece before assembly. I also purchased and use more screws to make it sturdier. It came out good but not sure how long it will last.
